Relax, we’ve got you covered! Send us a message on Facebook, Instagram, or at ventas@stickersrush.com with the measurements and specifications you desire for a personalized quote. Minimum of 500 stickers for orders of special sizes.

If your design includes a QR code, we recommend it to be at least .75″x.75″ (1/4″/19mm) in size and ensure it appears in excellent resolution when uploaded to the editor. We also recommend it to be black with a white background. Avoid using gradients or colors with low contrast.

Your QR code should cover: Labels 1″x1″= More than 75% of the label or all. 2″x2″= More than 50% of the label.

We are not responsible for QR codes that are unreadable on your final product. Our system is automated, and we will not verify your QR codes.

You can request the change here. Make sure you are logged in to your account that you used to create the QR codes you want to change. We will process the change within 24 business hours or less, and you will receive an email confirming the change. Changing your link incurs a fee of only $5.

 

Yes, we have in-house designers ready to bring your ideas to life. Send us an email with your idea to ventas@stickersrush.com or message us on our social media to get started. Our graphic design creative process starts at $75.

All our orders over $50 on subtotal include free shipping. Taxes or other charges are not included in this offer. For this option, we use USPS first-class or ground advantage Shipping, which takes 3-4 business days and includes a tracking number. You can choose to upgrade to priority shipping. You can view your tracking number in your account: My Account.

With same-day shipping options… We are the fastest in the market! Our regular production time for all our products is 5-7 business days. You can optionally choose rush production service of 2-3 days or even 24 hours at checkout. Remember that this production time is in business days, and you must add the transit time of the selected shipping method. 1-2 days for Priority Mail or 3-4 days for First-Class Mail. We usually ship 5 times a week, so your package should be shipped on the same or next business day after it’s ready. To check the status of your orders, you can go to My Account.

Example: John orders 100 stickers 2×2 on sale on a Sunday and selects 24-hour production with Priority Mail Shipping.

Juan’s stickers will be ready by the next business day (24 hours from Monday = Tuesday). They will be handed over to the postal service on the same or next business day depending on when Juan completed his order. In Juan’s case, the package will be in transit for 1-2 business days, so Juan should receive his stickers by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday.

To maximize our time, production, and provide the service that sets us apart, we do not accept visits to our production workshop. All customer service inquiries are handled through our social media channels or via email at info@stickersrush.com. We ship all orders by mail, so if you need it quickly, please select our rush production service, Priority Shipping and ensure that your address is correct.

 

 

Although we print with high-quality latex materials and inks, colors may vary depending on your monitor, screen, and/or their calibration. For well-calibrated monitors, there may be a color variation of up to 5% for designs uploaded in CMYK and PDF formats; this percentage is higher for designs in jpg, png, or other RGB formats, which are not recommended for printing. If you want the color to be as accurate as possible to what you see on your screen, you should:

Upload your design saved in PDF and in CMYK.

If you definitely want the color to be exact, contact us at info@stickersrush.com to prepare a personalized quote that includes color samples for your approval before printing. You can also place a small order of 20 stickers with your design to test the color.

How do I write my address?

It is extremely important that you, as a customer, ensure and confirm that your address is correct. Additionally, the postal service prefers a specific format/order in your address to facilitate their work and ensure that your order arrives more quickly.
